Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has denied Samir Nasri’s claims on imposing a ban on when his players can have sex – insisting the opposite is true.

The Spanish tactician is known for being one of the strictest coaches in the game, and his demanding system requires his players to be at their absolute best fitness-wise.

Nasri recently stated that City’s players aren’t allowed to get intimate with their partners too soon before a match, and this system apparently worked wonders for Lionel Messi at Barcelona.

However, Guardiola himself laughed off the claims, saying it’s not a rule he’s ever imposed.

Finally, he encouraged his players to keep at it in the bedroom, as it’s actually good for them!
